When life throws us curve balls, it is easy to get distracted from what matters and from the joys available in our lives in the moment. Listening to self-critical and/or judgmental voices from ourselves or others prevents us from flourishing in the moment. This weeklong workshop will focus on how to help our clients and ourselves regulate these negative messages and return to vigor, joy and happiness, amid the stresses inherent in living life. Participants will experience and learn about the roles of group member, auxiliary ego, protagonist, and director.
