Dale Richard Buchanan, LICSW, PhD., TEP is in private practice and is an internationally noted trainer, author, and consultant. Formerly he was Director of Clinical therapies at Saint Elizabeths Hospital in Washinton, DC. He is former Executive Director and former Chairperson of the American Board of Examiners. He has recieved the J.L. Moreno Award, the Hanna B. Weiner Award, Neil Passariello AIDS Service Award and the President's Award from the ASGPP.

Both Dale and Nina are certified as Trainers, Educators, and Practitioners by the American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Group Psychotherapy; are Fellows of the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama. They are also recipients of ASGPP's Scholar's Award and Collaborator's Award.
